Engaging Students with Video Game Programming

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Video game programming is a great way to extend your math curriculum, or to enhance your elective wheel, GATE program, or after school program. Using a relatively simple drag and drop system, students can create and share their own video games. Along the way they will engage in practical, logical, algebraic and geometric problem solving.

I love to play games - board games, war games, card games, any tabletop game that lets me laugh with friends and sparks my imagination. I teach robotics, game programming, and Project Lead the Way engineering design.
